Logic Rentals Managed Services

LogicRentals Managed Services offers an active approach to rental listing management. Until now, the Boston rental market lacked one central inventory of available properties.  Though other attempts have been made at creating such a resource, no one has offered to maintain the information to ensure its accuracy, currency, and overall quality.  Boston Logic is now maintaining Boston’s largest database of rental information.  Here’s how listing updates are handled:

• Non-Exclusive Listing Updates – For every non-exclusive listing that our subscribers work with, Boston Logic takes on the job of updating that listing. Non-exclusive listings can be searched by agents in all participating offices and by users on their websites.  This gives your agents access to a dramatically expanded listing inventory.
• Exclusive Listings – Each office is responsible for entering and maintaining their own exclusive listings. LogicRentals gives Realtors the freedom to make their exclusive listings publicly searchable by agents in other offices and the searchers on every website that LogicRentals populates with data. The exclusive broker’s name is shown to agents in other offices instead of the landlord.
• Semi-Exclusive Listings – Some landlords choose to work with only a handful of brokers. Boston Logic takes on the job of updating these listings too. In addition, we will communicate with these landlords to learn which offices they would like to represent their listings.  A list of affiliated brokers is shown to agents in other offices while these listings are made publicly searchable on all websites and by all agents.
